Delivery
We ship anywhere in Australia via Australia Post.
How much?
Delivery costs are determined based on the weight of your product, beginning at $10 for small orders.
Delivery times are as follows:
Outside WA (allow up to 14 days delivery)
WA Country (allow up to 7 days delivery)
Out of Stock Products
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.
Refunds
Please choose carefully as we do not normally grant refunds. If an item is faulty please contact us. An item can be deemed faulty if it is broken, damaged or has a manufacturers fault.
Returns
In the case of a faulty product, we will give you a refund (shipping is not refundable) once the product is returned (at your cost – please insure the parcel) in a resale-able condition. A refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase and a proper return authorisation must be obtained. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transport of the return.
