We ship Australia wide via Australia Post.
Delivery costs are determined based on the dimensions of the parcel for your product as quoted by the Australia Post module, usually fixed at $7.60 for small orders. Other shipping methods we use include letter stamps, prepaid envelopes, prepaid satchels as well as the eParcel services.
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process, and will be despatched no more than 10 days after ordering.
At times where an item is a special request, something we do not normally stock or is one that is out of stock at the publisher or supplier, this may take two to five weeks to arrive from overseas.
Some items have the option for an in-store pick up. Upon receiving your order and request, we will call or e-mail you to inform you that your order is ready to be picked up. You are always welcome to call, email, or visit the store to inquire about your order.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.
Please choose carefully as we do not normally grant refunds. If an item is faulty please contact us. An item can be deemed faulty if it is broken, damaged or has a manufacturers fault.
In the case of a faulty product, we will give you a refund (shipping is not refundable) once the product is returned (at your cost – please insure the parcel) in a resale-able condition. A refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase and a proper return authorisation must be obtained. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transport of the return.
